Position Duties and Job Requirements
Researcher/Senior Researcher (Wireless communication standardization) Duties:
  1. Participate in 3GPP standardization meetings (RAN1, RAN2) online or offline.
  2. Research new technologies from Release 17, 18 and conduct patent applications.
Job Requirements:
  1. Master’s degree or higher qualification in wireless communication, electronic engineering, computer science or other relevant field.
  2. Solid theoretical foundation of wireless communication, relatively in-depth understanding of the key technologies of 4G and/or 5G communication systems, and ability to identify the problems of existing wireless communication systems and propose enhanced solutions.
  3. Good English listening, speaking and reading skills, and able to write technical documents and explain technical solutions in English.
Research Engineer Duties:
  1. Design, Develop and maintain simulation platforms for the research of advanced wireless communication technologies.
  2. Support 3GPP standardization, and evaluate and analyze technologies for commercial network.
Job Requirements:
  1. Master’s degree or higher, qualification in communication and information systems, electronic engineering, computer science or any relevant field.
  2. Proficiency in C++ programming, extensive software development experience and in-depth understanding of data structures and algorithm design.
  3. Understanding of the key technologies of the physical layer in the 3GPP standard. Those with system-level simulation experience are especially preferred.
Researcher/Senior Researcher (Wireless communication pre-research) Duties:
  1. Research 6G wireless communication key technologies, propose innovative solutions, and complete patent applications.
  2. Publish academic papers and industry proposals to promote the application of research results.
Job Requirements:
  1. PhD degree in communications, information or electronic engineering.
  2. Solid theoretical and/or signal processing foundation for wireless communication, devotion to research, and ability to find, analyze, and resolve problems.
  3. Good English listening, speaking and reading skills, and able to write technical documents and explain technical solutions in English.
  4. Proficiency in at least one computer simulation tool.
Researcher/Senior Researcher (Solutions) Duties:
  1. Research wireless new technologies and solutions to drive their implementation and practice.
  2. Put forward innovative solutions for artificial intelligence and big data technologies in the field of wireless communication, and promote industrial transformation and application.
Job Requirements:
  1. Master’s degree or higher qualification in communication technology, electronic engineering, computer science, automation or any relevant field.
  2. Familiar with 4G/5G related technologies, and good at discovering problems in communication systems and proposing innovative solutions. Those with relevant experience in research, development and 3GPP standardization are preferred.
Researcher (Artificial Intelligence) Duties:
  1. Responsible for the research and innovation of computer vision and natural language processing technology. Develop and implement new services and business models.
  2. Responsible for the research and development of a certain subject direction, and technical innovation, solution design, patent application and article publication.
Job Requirements:
  1. Master’s degree or higher, qualification in computer science, automation or any relevant field.
  2. Familiar with Python programming, engineering development, and open source frameworks and tools such as PyTorch.
Senior Researcher (Artificial Intelligence) Duties:
  1. Responsible for the research and innovation of computer vision and natural language processing technology. Develop and implement new services and business models.
  2. Responsible for the research and development of a certain subject direction, and technical innovation, solution design, patent application and article publication.
Job Requirements:
  1. PhD degree or higher, qualification in computer science, automation or any relevant field.
  2. In-depth research, papers or patent achievements in a certain topic of natural language processing or computer vision.
  3. Extensive Python programming and engineering development experience and proficiency in open source frameworks and tools such as PyTorch.
